CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to back out of the program, you can cancel without any fees before November 1st, 2025. Just shoot an email to [email protected], and you are good to go. If you cancel after that date, you will be ineligible for any future events. Additionally, those who do not attend the minimum number of scheduled one-on-one meetings (8) will be invoiced with the registration fee after the event. Complimentary Buyer registration is only for new participants, and we do not offer refunds or changes for the existing Health Tech Forward 2025 registrations.
