Health Tech Forward retains the authority to cancel a session in cases where the speaker is unable to deliver the originally proposed presentation or fails to meet critical deadlines.

Travel and accommodation expenses for guest speakers are not covered by the Health Tech Forward. You can find information about suggested hotel options on our website. There is usually a discounted rate available for conference attendees.
